Welcome to steco-system technik GmbH & Co. KG in Lemgo

We are the production branch of the Hamburg-based dental company Steco and mainly manufacture magnetic retaining elements for dental prostheses and high-precision drill sleeves for dental implantology.
Our core competence lies in the machining of metals (especially titanium) in the series production of medical products for dental implantology.
Handling relatively small parts with the highest quality standards is part of our daily practice as a certified medical device manufacturer.
The manufacture of gas-tight and corrosion-proof magnetic capsules is of central importance for our own products.
Laser welding is therefore a crucial technology for us, in which we can look back on over 25 years of experience.
We have been offering laser welding as a service to customers from a wide range of industries since 1996.

Our customers come from the following sectors:

  • Medical technology
  • Tool and mold making
  • Measurement technology
  • Mechanical engineering
  • Automotive supplier
  • Aviation supplier

Our quality management system is certified in accordance with the EN ISO 13485:2016 standard.

Laser welding

The key to your connections

Laser welding can be used to join materials and structures that could not be welded using other methods.
We use laser welding to produce gas-tight magnetic capsules made of titanium, which are used as implant components in dentistry.

However, we also weld individual and series parts with delicate geometries for many other companies.
The laser can also be used to apply layers of material and repair edges, making the process ideal for repair welding.

TIG welding and CNC turning

Generally, we are a medical device manufacturer focusing on dental implantology. We can machine small and large series with our CNC lathes. This starts with customized implant abutments and ends with charges of thousends of titanium drill sleeves.

In addition to laser welding, we also offer TIG welding as a service.
